Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Products that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for return.

• Returns are not accepted for items marked as Final Sale.

Important Note (Opening Video Requirement)

• For effective and faster return or exchange processing, customers must provide a clear opening/unboxing video recorded at the time of delivery.

• The video should show the package sealed and being opened clearly without cuts or edits.

• Requests for returns or exchanges without an opening video may not be approved, especially in cases of damage, missing items, or incorrect products.

Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@zouraofficial.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Once your request is approved, you’ll receive the return shipping details.

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

• Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• In case of Return to Origin (RTO) due to customer unavailability, refusal, or non-response, original shipping and RTO charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are available only for damaged or defective products.

• If approved, a replacement will be shipped within 7–10 days.

• If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos and the opening video.
